CB Energy Business Consulting acted as the exclusive sell side advisor to Statewide Conditioning and Automated Building Solutions

CB Energy Business Consulting is pleased to announce that Statewide Conditioning, Inc. (SCI) and its building automation and controls arm, Automated Building Solutions (ABS), have been acquired by FirstCall Group, a rapidly growing commercial services platform.

SCI and ABS will serve as FirstCall Group’s platform for Mid-Atlantic growth, expanding FirstCall’s footprint and capabilities across HVAC service, preventive maintenance, and building automation.
