CB Energy Business Consulting is pleased to announce that Conexus Inc., a leading building automation and smart building technology company headquartered in Middletown, Pennsylvania, has been acquired by Nordomatic Group, a global smart building and intelligent building management systems specialist.

Following Nordomatic Group’s first venture into the U.S. market with its acquisition of AME Inc., Conexus becomes its second BMS focused acquisition in the United States.
